    because of primetel incompetence we were without service from the 25 th april until the 6th may 2016. customer !!! service say the fault was ours, paperwork provided by primetel for the cyta engineer was incomplete, so new forms had to be submitted resulting in the non service. we have been forced to pay for a service we never had. if you are thinking of a provider, check out the competitors. service and courtesy may be better.
